Guest Stars: Silas Weir Mitchell, Tzi Ma, Patrick Fischler, Nikita Ager. Special Guest Stars: Theresa Russell, with Stephen Lee, and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Caitlin:Do you have any idea how illegal this is? Nash, you have no authority to conduct a police investigation outside of the state line.
Nash:I'm on vacation.
Caitlin:Oh like hell. Nash, this is very bad.
Nash:Caitlin, I'm going to ask you as a personal favor. Don't get in my way.
Nash:Caitlin, forget about protocol, just this once. That's all I'm asking.

Nash and Joe arrive in Las Vegas, and locate assassin Roy McNeer's hotel room. His food is still warm, as Nash and Joe spot McNeer in a casino. Nash and Joe give chase, but are held up by the hotel security guards, as McNeer escapes.

Nash and Joe check into the hotel - Pepe is the concierge. They locate McNeer's girl, Vivienne Reed, and she agrees to tell Joe if McNeer calls her. The truck full of half a billion in laundered cash is hijacked. The two thugs contact Tony B to ransom the truck for $50,000. Tony B and the SIU meet them and get the truck back. Harvey, Evan, Officer Ronnie and Tony B go to Las Vegas with the truck full of money.

Jake Cage shows up in Las Vegas too, with orders from Caitlin and the Mayor's Office to bring back Nash. But Jake agrees to help Nash instead after an altercation.

Nash meets with Ellen Holiday. She fills Nash in on the rest of the DEA investigation. Jimmy Z works for a drug king pin coming in from Shanghai - they have ordered the hit on Police Chief Frank Gerard. Ellen introduces Nash to Jimmy Z. Nash is undercover as Teddy Malone, pilot or "Transport Specialist" who will fly Jimmy Z's cash out to Mexico; Joe is the co-pilot. Nash and Ellen spend the night together.

Nash/Teddy Malone stalls as he inspects the cargo plane, saying it needs to be repaired. Jimmy Z complains of a problem with Nash Bridges. So Nash arranges for Tony B to play Nash. The real Nash (Teddy Malone) beats up Tony B (the fake Nash) in front of Jimmy Z, saying he will kill Nash.

Meanwhile, Cassidy comes to Las Vegas also, with plans to elope with Evan. Vivienne calls Joe, telling him McNeer will show up for a party at the Desert Inn. Evan and Harvey are there undercover to intercept McNeer. But McNeer shots Evan, fatally wounding Evan as McNeer escapes.

The money is loaded onto the cargo plane. The DEA agents prepare, but McNeer and his two thugs kill an agent and dress as DEA agents. Jimmy Z and the king pin from Shanghai are arrested, but McNeer takes Ellen hostage as they flee in the cargo plane. Ellen escapes from the plane, and Nash shoots the plane down with a Stinger missile.

Nash sees Cassidy to inform her of Evan's death. Back at the SIU, a grieving Harvey cleans out Evan's desk. After the funeral, Cassidy informs Nash that she is attending the Police Academy.
