Nash: Stacy, you're my sister. I don't give a damn about whatever the thing is with you two. I just want to make sure you're OK.
Stacy: I'm not quite sure if I'm ready for Dad to hear about this yet.
Nash: Well, he's certainly not going to hear it from me.

Joe is about to be crushed by the giant counterweight of a rising bridge, as Nash is held at gun point by two thugs. Their computer theft sting has just been blown, but Nash manages to overpower the two thugs and rescue Joe. Nash is late for a meeting with his sister Stacy. Joe has a massive tooth ache which he needs to take care of.

Stacy is waiting at the Blue Room lounge, and she gets drugged and taken back to her home by a sleazy couple named Sean Collins and Barron Gaines. The couple steal Stacy's jewelry and are about to sexually assault Stacy before Nash intercedes.

In the aftermath, the SIU finds out about the couple - seven sexual assaults in the past six weeks, five women and two men. The same MO (modus operandi) emerges - a bar pick-up, they're drugged and sexually assaulted in their own houses. Stacy is the only one who wasn't raped. Stacy's worried lover Samantha shows up concerned about her safety. This forces Stacy to reveal her homosexuality to Nash and everybody gathered at her house. Joe goes to a dentist named Bruce Hartman. Joe sees photos of Whitney, Nash's current flame, in Hartman's office which reveals Whitney to be Hartman's wife.

Meanwhile, Stacy's father Nick is trying to fix her up with Dan, son of one of his friends and recently divorced. Nick arranges a dinner party for the Stacy and Dan. Nash is also there, along with Samantha and Whitney. Samantha is a former lover of Nash, which makes Stacy jealous as Stacy explodes with angry words during the dinner. Afterwords, Nash confronts Whitney about her dentist husband. Whitney is confused about which man she loves, but vows to return to Nash.

Sean and Barron pick up another male victim, but this time Barron ends up murdering the victim in a struggle. Nash and Joe trace back the source of the drugs the couple uses to St. Viviani's Hospital where Sean is a pharmacy nurse, and Barron is her lawyer. Nash and Joe discover B.J. (Sean's second cousin) a worker handling Patient's Records who diverts information to Sean about which victims to target. All the victims have been patients at the hospital.

Nash and Joe use B.J. to set-up a sting for Sean and Barron. With Evan, Bryn, and Harvey as choices, Sean chooses Bryn. The couple picks her up at a bar, and during the drive to the set-up home, Sean injects the as yet ubdrugged Bryn with pentathol. The drug forces Bryn to tell the truth, and Bryn reveals the location of her actual apartment. This throws off her tail, but Nash remembers the location of Bryn's new apartment. Arriving at Bryn's apartment, the couple realize they've been set-up. In order to escape, Sean injects Barron with her drug concoction and leaves him behind. Nash and company intercede to rescue Bryn and apprehend Barron.

At home, Nash returns Stacy's missing bracelet (their mom's treasured antique), as Stacy apologizes for her behavior at Nick's dinner party. Stacy reveals that Samantha has temporarily left her for a three month job in Dallas. Stacy tries to tell Nick she is gay, but Nick doesn't believe her. Nick gets a call saying that his nurse Whitney won't be returning.
