Episode 3       Airdate: 4/5/96      Writer: Carlton Cuse     Director: Greg Beeman

 Evan Cortez: Flo? Who's Flo?
Nash Bridges: She's a hooker and a smack dealer, works
the Razor. She knows more about what's going
on in the City than Herb Caen and the Mayor
              combined.

Through a series of concealed informants (CIs), Nash learns of Detroit drug kingpin Roscoe Skirt's plan to take over the San Francisco heroin trade. From a tip given by homeless man Leon, Nash finds the bodies of Burke and Corona, two of San Francisco's largest heroin dealers. From information given by prostitute Flo, Nash learns of Roscoe's existence. From an interrogation of Baby Boy Doe, Nash is led to Antoine, Roscoe's partner and cousin.

Roscoe attempts to bribe and threaten Nash, and then to taunt Nash, Roscoe has Flo murdered.

Meanwhile, Nash's partner Joe Dominguez learns that he is 4 months short of his 20 year retirement, so he tries to pass time as a motorcycle traffic officer. Failing that, Joe is brought back into the Special Investigations Unit. Joe is still on the outs with wife Inger, so he has a date with an old schoolmate, Liz Braley, his first love. The date is disastrous, so Joe gives in and goes back to Inger. Incredibly Joe agrees to move to Sweden in order to be with Inger.

Nash is still trying to smooth over Lisa's blow-up at him for endangering their daughter Cassidy in the last episode. At Lisa's house, Nash meets Lisa's latest lover, Pablo Hernandez, a fireman/artist. A protective Nash discovers his real name - Paul Herman.

Nash and Joe arrest and detain Antoine, Roscoe's partner and cousin. Nash and Joe create distrust between Antoine and Roscoe. In a confrontation, Antoine and Roscoe kill each other in betrayal.
