Guest Stars: Gabriel Dell, Jr., Titus Welliver, Randy Vasquez, and Kate Vernon as Whitney Thomas.

Nash: Where're you going?
Whitney: I'm leaving.
Nash: Yeah, I got that part. Why?
Whitney: It's, it's...I think I'm falling in love with you.
Nash: OK, I understand now. Got it.
Whitney: Nash, I know how torn you are about me working for you and about Nick being in the middle, and if I stay it's just going to get worse. It's going to be awkward as hell. I mean, right now, I feel like I'm dating one man and then dating his brother while living with them both.
Nash: Nick is my father. Why don't you let me worry about him.
Whitney: Because it's too complicated for me. It's just too complicated. I'm tendering my resignation.
Nash: I don't accept your resignation.
Whitney: But you have to...
Nash: No, I don't. Good-bye. [Kisses her.]
Whitney: Dammit.

Andy Frame, "The World's Greatest Hacker," has just stolen the T600, a prototype computer. Nash and the SIU are in hot pursuit on foot. They catch up with Andy at his apartment, and intercept a video message on Andy's computer. Andy's wife, Mimi is being held hostage and Andy is forced to steal computer components and decode data for the kidnappers.

Andy, along with his computer, is brought into SIU headquarters to be monitored. Andy tries to get away during a drop off of an envelope containing an ID key card. Andy is to decrypt the key card and replace the fingerprint in the card. The key card is traced back to a security firm supervisor who got his card stolen.

Meanwhile Bryn Carson has the weekend off. During a stop-off at the supermarket, Bryn encounters a robbery in progress. Bryn corners the robber in a warehouse, where she discovers the robber is a former boyfriend named Paco. Bryn and Paco are at a stand-off with guns drawn, as she waits for a chance to take Paco.

Via fiber clues, the kidnapper is discovered to be Russell Drake, a financial software consultant at the Singapore Consulate. The Consulate has just received a shipment of platinum to be minted into commemorative coins. The platinum is stored at Todai Containment Systems, a high tech secure warehouse for precious metals.

Nash and company raid Drake's headquarters, but Drake and his gang have already left for Todai. Nash disarms a bomb tied to Mimi, and discovers the location of Todai. Mimi is rescued, but Drake's thugs overpower Harvey and kidnap Andy along with the T600 computer needed to perform the robbery.

To gain access into Todai, Andy is forced to rewrite the security source code and use the T600 computer to override the operating system to the warehouse. Nash and company intercede on the robbery in progress, and use T600 computer to foil the robbers. Overriding the computer, Nash and Harvey close the vault door and the front gate, trapping Drake and his gang. Bryn returns to the station with Paco under custody. Whitney tries to quit as Nick's nurse because of her growing love for Nash, but Nash won't let her.
